I’ve been a patient for 20+ years and am very picky/scared/bad teeth. I shopped around and a friend recommended his practice and I’ve never left. Crowns, fillings, cleanings, everything you can think of with bad teeth. He has great communication skills, will give me advice but leave decisions to me, is very deft with his hands and hires friendly and competent hygienists and office staff. My kids went there and it was never a problem getting them to his appointments. Friendly, professional, and caring. I cannot say enough good things about him and recommend his practice to anyone!

My family and I have been coming to Dr. Jones for dental care for years. He is very thorough and highly skilled, and his compassion, friendliness, concern for his patients are also off the scale.....five stars are not nearly enough! His front desk staff is wonderful...... kind, caring, friendly, and focused on helping, and his hygienists are equally wonderful as well!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Jones and his staff. Starting with his staff from the receptionist to the hygienist are all professional, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Jones is excellent in his field. His knowledge, friendly demeanor, and caring manner is above expectation. The time he takes with his examinations, recommendations and skillful care of his patients is extraordinary. Horrible. I left this practice 10 years ago after he drilled into my tooth for a cavity and when I winced and told him it was hurting he refused to numb anything and told me “5 year olds can make it through this better than you”. So I left, he left my tooth exposed and for 8 years following that incident I was scared to death of a dentist. I now go to Suresh Pattenshetti in Towson and he is AMAZING and never calls me names and cares about me and my three kids having a great experience. Dr. Jones is a mansplaining, rude incompetent dentist. My entire family left the practice after what happened. The staff at the front desk were so kind but that gets you only so far.
