My visit to check my Spark aligners was quick and painless. A slight adjustment was made and I was on my way. On my 9th week of aligners and wearing these Spark aligners has been painless and they are pretty comfortable. Another 7 weeks to go until another evaluation.

I am having a TMJ issue that turns out is likely not related to my symptoms and would not require Ortho at the moment but I am so grateful to Doctor Bonner for his time, his honesty and his level of care. He referred me to a practice that he thought may be able to help me and sat and talked at length about my symptoms. I am so appreciative and must say he is one in a million as far as my lifetime experience with doctors thus far. He is one of the nicest doctors you will ever meet.Highly recommend!

I’ve known Dr. Bonner for 15 years. He did a decent job on my braces but I was left with two significant gaps when he took them off. Recently I decided I wanted to get them closed so called All Smiles and they ordered some Invisalign-like retainers to close them. Long story short, after 6 months, 10 office visits, endless phone calls, two broken impressions and two faulty retainers, Shelley at the front desk acted like I wasn’t owed a refund on the $700 I paid for the retainers. Dr. Bonner did end up promising me a ~half~ refund after realizing the mistake but never called me back or returned any of my calls. He was so friendly with me and almost treated me as if we were close friends but I guess once I became unprofitable or inconvenient, I became irrelevant to him.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Bonner is thorough in his approach, and he takes his time with each patient. The office staff is helpful with questions and concerns, and they clearly have a wealth of information and experience. Our experience has been great, but I do wish it was easier to get in touch with the office. The office locations are busy, and they provide an option to leave messages which are always returned, but it would be nice to call and speak directly to a person.
