My problem was a long process, they took their time to access the problem properly and patiently fixed my broken crown screwed to my implant. Dr. Ma was very careful screwing and unscrewing the old crown and new crown without damaging the implant. I appreciate it.

I wouldn’t let Dr.Cranska do any dental work on me ever! I came for a consult after reading his many articles on Lanap, periodontal laser surgery. Our consult was all of 5 minutes. He looked at my before and after full xrays I brought and he made some rough statements to me. He looked in my mouth and then made clear that he wasn’t going to help me and stated he had other patients to go work on! Motioning for me to get up from the dental chair. As I’m getting up, he sbruptly throws out two statements saying, "you know you have xxxx occuring in your gums!?! and yyyy!" (Two detrimental conditions that can be considered dental emergencies and one he’s trained to correct with a laser.) Oh, and don’t forget your purse on the way out. This was so harsh, alarming and irresponsible treatment by any medical professional. He gave me a referral.
