Dental Care at Eldersburg Commons

While I haven’t had any problems at this dentist until now. After spending thousands with this dentist in the last year on an extensive treatment plan, They will charge you to refill a filling even if it’s only been 5 months since the tooth has been fixed. Doesn’t seem reasonable! The filling fell out from brushing my teeth.

I had root canal and temporary crown done today. This time and all times Dr. Moon, his dental assistants and his office staff show care for their patient’s comfort and health. I spoke with one of my relatives today and said since I started using Dr. Moon’s practice, all have been the most comfortable Dental experiences I have had.

They offer outstanding service with a welcoming and professional staff. Dr. Moon was thorough and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend for quality dental care!

Dr Moon performed a serious molar extraction when I was having this emergency, it was cracked and took much skill to remove… other “ specialist “ down the street turned down the job !!! But Dr Moon tackled it and fixed me !! I’m getting other work done currently and find the Staff completely helpful and professional… Thank You

Do not recommend this office. Staff were incredibly rude with no customer service skills. I made an appointment as a new patient for 1 pm and was told to arrive at 12:45 pm. I got there and the office was locked. Called and no one answered the phone. Finally got in 15 minutes later, got no apology for being told to arrive early when they knew the office would be closed for a meeting. Then was told they did not get X-rays from my old dentist and would not do a cleaning without X-rays. They said they would take X-rays and not charge the insurance for them. I said I was not comfortable with that, since a previous dentist had done something similar and charged my insurance, which did not pay because they had already paid for X-rays for the year. It would have been quite easy for them to tell me I could not have the cleaning done until the X-rays arrived, but that was not mentioned when I made the appointment. So I blocked out my afternoon for a dental cleaning that didn’t happen. And all I got from the staff was a very snarky “sorry for the inconvenience.” I recommend finding another dentist.
