I would give zero stars if I could. Soon as I mentioned medicaid the lady on the phone got rude. I guess she's better.

Horrible! The office is ripping you off and not giving you all information what is being done to your child. Dr. Gordon and receptionist are two scammers who gives you one price at free consultation and then after next 2 visits price goes much more above the range. They should of do only X-rays to get the full price. Instead they charge people (everyone is being charged $300 for "initial fee", even if they have insurance that cover 100% of X-Rays and impressions), for X-Rays, and impressions for moldings(this is way bellow $300, but if you don't have insurance - you don't really know the real price of this (Panoramic X-Ray cost $68)). They should not start with moldings until they look at X-Rays and give your the full price of braces. With my case having two government insurances they wanted to charge one and then in a month another insurance to get more money from both agencies and myself. This is Fraud. The office lies to you all the time and don't give any paperwork explaining what you're being charged for. The initial price they gave me was 3 times less than they wanted after 2 other visits. Save your money and don't be ripped off this office. Thanks God I caught this before my child got braces on and moved to another provider, who is fairly billing and never overcharging you. But the issue is not solved yet as I didn't got my $300 back yet. I'm in the process of resolving this Fraud issue right now. Update: Got my $300 back!!!! Thanks to my Flex Account!!!

The doctors and team members at this office are the cream of the crop! They are very knowledgeable, people-oriented and competitively priced. Our daughter is in the final stages of braces with them, and they have been such a pleasure to work with that I am using their services as well. They have a great reputation for their work and service!

I’m an adult with adult children and finally decided to get my teeth worked on. The Doctor’s are caring, kind and very professional. The dental assistants are experienced, extremely helpful and patient. The receptionist is very capable, friendly and is on top of her job with taking payments, appointments and providing accurate information. I’m not sure what issue the previous reviewer had, but my experience has been excellent. This a very friendly and professional office.

After raising my kids I decided to straightened my teeth & smile. My teeth were crooked my entire life. Dr. Gordon and his staff are very friendly and comforting. The level of professional services I received was outstanding. My braces were removed 60 days ago and my teeth look fantastic. Now is the first time I've been able to flosse my own teeth. I've recommended Dr Gordon & Silverman's practice to my family and friends.
