I have had less than great experiences at dentist offices before leaving me with some anxieties about going in the first place but Dr. Brewster has made me feel nothing but comfortable and safe in her practice. So grateful and can’t recommend her enough!

I just wanted to start with thank you to the front desk staff DaShanda she was amazing. On feb 22 my 76 y/o father had an appointment. I went with him to translate just in case there’s any issues. My dad appointments at 9:15 he was taken back at 9:45 for x-rays, which was complete around 954. The dental tech was taking x-rays of my father teeth. She walked out and stated and I quote. "I can’t do it today. I can’t do this today I just can’t" after stepping out the room that my father was in, and I sat in the waiting area. I walked up to the front desk to make sure there wasn’t any issues, and what she did was disrespectful and unprofessional. I also have experience in the medical field. I have been military for almost 20 years and still providing services to military and vets, and never have I came out of my patient rooms complaining about my patients. The front desk staff spoke to the provider on my behalf on the the unprofessionalism and how upset I was. The doctor went to go see my dad and call me in to tell me everything that was going on with my dad after the exam was completed. The dental tech went to the doctors office instead of apologizing for her behavior and ignored me the rest of the time after I put a complaint. I spoke to the dentist that was there at the time being and told him if he understood why I was upset and he just nodded his head kind of brushing me off. If this is how you treat elderly people I will make sure my dad never goes back there again and and also let my insurance company know that’s how this dentist office treat the elderly. Once again, thank you to the front desk DaShanda she is the only one that apologize for the behavior that was received that day, and made sure all the authorizations were placed for my father. Thank you for your service DaShanda.

The staff is very patient and understanding. They will do their best to make an appointment that fits your schedule. Also Mr. Brewster has a great sense of humor and makes me laugh, as well feel comfortable. This is the best Dentist that I have ever experienced every being so kind and polite.

I’ve been going to Dr.Brewster for many years. She is always kind and compassionate. My husband even allows her to work on his teeth after he had painful experiences elsewhere. Problem solving with her patients is her strength!

I am new to Dr. Brewster as of this year after my previous dentist of 28 years retired. I was weary of change, and skeptical of new level of care but I saw her good reviews so I scheduled my checkup. Dr. Brewster was welcoming, knowledgeable and very friendly. She answered all of my questions and put me at ease. Her staff are all professional and friendly. Her office feels warm and welcoming. You are relaxed instantly as you walking in the door. Dr. Brewster truly cares and it shows.
