We moved our two daughters from a different pediatric dentist to Dr. Vernon -- One of the best choices we have ever made. Her bedside manner is so kind, sweet, and upbeat! The rest of the staff are excellent as well. The children can watch a show of their choice during treatment and she is extremely knowledgeable. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Beyond horrible. The receptionist is insolent, condescending, and unprofessional. The office manager refuses to help or allow me to speak with the dentist to ask questions. Then they sent my daughter to the wrong specialist so we now have a huge bill for a visit that was a waste of time, energy and money. We are no closer to having my daughters cavity addressed and have squandered resources because of the staff here. Inexcusable and horrendous.

Dr. Vernon and all her staff are great. My daughter loves coming here. I thought my daughter had an appointment yesterday and apparently we did not (I am not sure if that was my error or not). However, Dr. Vernon and her staff still squeezed my daughter in, which I greatly appreciated having had taken time off work!

I never thought my kids would beg to go to the dentist. Dr Vernon is the best and so good with children. The whole staff is great. Dr. Vernon is very knowledgeable and also takes her time with each child. She is more than happy to answer any questions. She also is very personable and will even walk you to the front and find a toy your kid likes. Thank you for making going to the dentist a pleasure instead of something my kids probably would fear.
