Had a great experience here at Smile Loft in Bowie. The staff was friendly, the space was clean, and everything ran on time. The dentist was thorough and made me feel comfortable. Jessica was very attentive and made sure I was doing well during the whole process. Highly recommend

My positive experience with Smile Loft of Bowie started, when Erica answered the phone and greeted me so warmly, during my initial call to schedule an appointment. I felt happy that I had been referred to this dental office. After arriving for my appointment, I was again greeted so warmly and professional by Erica and the female who took my xrays. Then I met Dr. Macauley! I immediately felt at ease after she greeted me. She listened to my concerns, answered all questions, and explained the xrays and why I was having pain and what treatment plan she recommends. I pray that the insurance will be approved, so I can proceed with the next steps and become one of Dr. Macauley’s new patients!

My experience at Smile Loft was great! The staff was very professional, and welcoming! Dr. Macauly is an excellent dentist, and she is thorough, and effective. In my view, Dr. Macauly is one of the best dentists I have ever been to, and I look forward to having her complete my dental work. The hygienist did a great job today, December 19, 2024! Looking forward to continuing my dental work with Smile Loft at Bowie, Maryland... My experience at Smile Loft, February 20, 2025 was great!

Great practice. Everyone there including the dentist have A+ customer service skills. Very professional and friendly environment. My dentist handled my fillings work like a pro. I hardly felt anything. She was very personable and made the dental work I needed very easy to deal with.If you are looking for a dentist practice, do yourself a favor and go in and check them out. You will not be disappointed.
