Freedom Dental Care

This was one of the very best experiences I have had at the dentist office. From the time I walked in, the receptionist was uber friendly and the staff was amazing. The hygienist was wonderful, gentle, and thorough. The Dr. who evaluated me was very thorough, and discussed what she was doing and why. The office was very inviting with the sofa, which is a rare site to see since most offices have regular chairs. I want to thank all the staff who were a part of my visit yesterday and rock on!

Wow! My first time seeing a dentist since the pandemic and I gotta say - what an exceptional experience. The front desk staff, my hygienist (Rachel), & Dr. Burchett were all wonderful and welcoming… and no judgement after I admitted to not seeing a dentist for 3+ years! The office was clean, comfortable, and didn’t feel like your usual “dentist office” at all - I even watched Netflix during my appointment (the TV on the ceiling of my exam room was the icing on the cake)! I’m so glad to have found this practice.

I always leave rest assured that the staff are taking care of me and they answer all of my questions! You don’t usually like going to the dentist, but here I don’t ever dread going, they give you a plan, double check everything, and know their stuff. Their hygienists are top notch and get amazing continuing educational benefits. Previous dentists could never figure out my dental issues but this practice can figure it out in five minutes!

While the hygienists and dentists are great at treatment the front office and policies often result in overpayment after insurance applies. In our case it has taken over 6 months of calls and emails and we still do not have a refund of overpayment as of 2/29/2024. More importantly even after multiple requests they still have not provided a list of bills and payments made this year to even understand where the overpayments occur and new treatments just get conflated with the balance carried forward even if you request this not to happen. The patient portal online does not include any of the relevant information and the office is not responsive to requests. I do not recommend this practice for your dental needs.

Rachel did an excellent job during my semiannual teeth cleaning. She was thorough and took the time to explain everything she was doing. Highly recommend her and Freedom Dental.
