Great staff and even better work! First off, Susan the receptionist is very kind and friendly. I’ve been going to Dr.Steckler for years now and as someone who loathes dentist appointments, I’ve never had a bad one here. Highly recommend him if you’re shopping around for a dentist.

It was after a few attempts to clear up the misunderstanding on the spelling of my email, and I was able to get the email. They were friendly and courteous and I decided to take down the star because I have had to make a few attempts while this could have been a preventable mistake. I had to spell it out carefully and found out it was their error, not mine. I wish they would listened carefully and to double check to confirm.

My husband was in extreme pain from an exposed nerve. He can handle pain but not this level of pain. I called at 3:45pm for an emergency appt. The Office Admin said to come in right away. My husband was delayed in traffic but they still took him back immediatley after he arrived. There also was an insurance issue that the very kind and professional Admin did everything that she could to help. She went as far as to call his previous dentist (that could not fit him in for days) to try and help retrieve his correct insurance info while he was being treated. He was in and out of there in no time at all AND....no longer in pain. My husband and I are so grateful for Dr Steckler and his office staff. This dental office cares about the well-being of their patients and not about the billing side of it. This is rare. Once my husband straightens out his dental insurance issue, this office will have a patient for life!

I just visited Dr. Steckler for a cleaning after not having one for over 2 years. I have always hated going to the dentist, mostly because I hated the picking and scraping feeling. He was incredibly helpful and informative, and the cleaning was quick and painless. He has updated technology that cleans quickly and without pain! I was in and out in 45 minutes. I’ve never left a cleaning thinking, “That was wonderful!” But I did! You should go here.

Easy to get to the office and lots of parking across the street. Nicely decorated waiting room—spacious and warm. Personable receptionist and dental assistant. Dr. Steckler was calm and explained everything he did. The shots did NOT hurt at all and whole experience was relatively pain free. I felt like they cared and wanted the best for me. Great experience and I recommend him and his practice above any I have had in years.
