Very happy! I was a late addition as our whole family has come here for years. . Dr. Swann is very good at what he does and has this relaxed demeanor which is calming. Portia, the dental hygienist, did an amazing job of cleaning my teeth and providing guidance for caring for my teeth. The staff handling appointments are efficient and friendly, especially Jo. Highly recommended for your family.

Dr. Swan had been my dentist for 10 years . I feel welcomed every time I come for a appt, the staff is great and does a great job. I have always been afraid of the dentist but I feel so comfortable when I come . I highly recommend his services . I moved an hour away and will continue to come to his office.

I had been searching for a good dentist after my dentist of 35 years retired. I happened to run into my dentist after his retirement and told him I’d been having a hard time finding a good dentist. He referred me to Dr. William Swann in Bowie. I’ve been using Dr. Swann for three years now and absolutely love the care that he took in my initial examine and then in follow up visits after the dental hygienist finishes cleaning my teeth. He’s professional, personable and engaging and patiently examined my teeth. I’m very happy to have found someone I fee have replaced my previous practice and dentists.

I saw Dr. Swann for the first time. He was not only a thorough dentist, but he explained the treatment that I needed. His staff was very helpful and they are not like the other dental offices where they do not check the eligibility of the insurance co. They was able to tell me my benefits. Grant it I know that it is not the office responsibility to educate me on my insurance . But Rachel the office manager did a great job. I highly recommend the office. Go Gateway Dental ..keep up the great work.

We drive from out of the county just to see Dr Swann! We have tried 3 dentists that were closer but believe me it is worth the drive! We love him and his staff. My daughters are both scared of the dentist, and Dr Swann is able to make them feel very comfortable and at ease. Everyone is friendly, personable, and professional. He was able to fix a chipped front tooth that is not detectible. My daughter was a very terrified patient getting the work done, but he was VERY patient and took the time to explain the repair to her. Thank you so much for such great care.
