Dr. Thomas is awesome!! She is very gentle and caring. My family and I have been going to her for several years and we have never had a problem. If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Thomas!

My first visit was very pleasant. Wait time was less than 10-15 minutes. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Thomas were professional and kind. Dr. Thomas is very thorough, which I appreciated. She asked me many questions.

Likes the interior and location and the ladies at the front desk, who were courteous. However it was hard to understand the doctors analysis of my hurting teeth, and I had to repeat my questions several times to get a clear answer. Finally I as the patient should have the final decision as to what happens with my teeth instead of being told what I have to do the doctor says so. It can always be presented as the best course of action, and that it is up to me. Thanka for asking.

I originally gave them 5 stars from my first visit. However, more interactions with staff has changed this. If someone has a good dentist in this area, please help because I have had the worst experience. They provided me with misinformation from the specialist…seems to be the trend with dentist. The lady at the front must have put the wrong appointment day in their system. I changed my whole work schedule for that appointment, I sat on the phone making an appointment, was given a date and time from their office for them to tell me it’s a week later. There was urgency in needing that appointment. There was no accountability, apology, or no accommodation. The lady at the front desk hung up on me….no apology for that, Dr. Thomas didn’t even apologize for her staff. At this point I don’t even feel comfortable coming back. I was hoping I found a new dentist…disappointed.

I intended to be a new patient at this office today, but the customer service was lacking. I was left a voicemail an hour and a half before my appointment asking for insurance information and confirmation. Upon arrival, I was told my appointment slot was double booked due to uncertainty of my arrival. I was told I would wait 30 minutes for the doctor... which was longer. I was also offered to reschedule at 2:30PM. Both were an inconvenience. They were unable to find my insurance information, I was still waiting on the doctor. I’ve never had this experience at the Waldorf location. I ended up cancelling. I’m extremely disappointed.
