Unfortunately, bad experience! 2 implants done 2 years ago and one is loose! The dentist Holness assured me I would have no problems! When asking questions about this procedure, her attitude was unprofessional at times! Other dentists checked this implant and said pins are not being used for implants!!! I had it removed by an oral surgeon who specializes in implants! I had food constantly stuck between my gum and the implants which made it sore when flossing! I'm glad that this ordeal is over!!

The interior of this office is clean and beautiful, and the receptionist generally does their best to help you navigate as a new patient. However, the level of organization, timeliness, COST, and communication is ineffective given my extensive experience with dentists, oral surgeons and orthodontists. So, who cares about the 'upgraded' technology. There is generally only 1 practicing dentist at a time with little regard for patient time. It's also common for the office to make several oversights of patient records and I was told that my appointment was not scheduled despite receiving a digital confirmation. As a former patient of 2 years, I would not recommend this practice for anything more than an annual cleaning. I had multiple negative accounts with the staff and their blatant lack of professionalism and respect. Willingness to adapt to patient needs is slim to none.

This practice has been wonderful. Dr. Holness and her staff are very professional and friendly. They give you a tour of the whole office on your first visit. I've never had that before. I've had cleanings and fillings (which I have neglected) done and each visit has been easy going. I don't like pain and I have pretty good tolerance needle wise but it's still challenging for me. I must say getting prepared for fillings weren't as bad as I thought. Both times. They care about your health and explain everything to you. Great job staff!

I had several fillings done and deep teeth cleaning. Dr. Holness and her staff did a great job. Very professional, friendly and they have all the newest equipment and updated technology to work on your mouth and even watch TV while they do it. I have my whole family of six going there and highly recommend them.

Had periodontal treatment today; my previous one was 2 years ago with a different dentist. The experience today was FABULOUS and completely PAIN FREE. Topical anesthetic was used so no numb tongue and lips to deal with for the rest of the day. This means a lot to me because I had to go immediately back to work! Three quadrants were completed in less than 1 hour. Dr. Holness always has a very gentle touch, is consistently attentive, and today very closely monitored my comfort level throughout the procedure. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a REALLY GOOD dentist. Plus, all of the office staff and dental assistants are kind, thorough, and professional. I could not ask for more.
