Michelle was AMAZING!!! Usually when I go to a dentist they are very aggressive with the cleaning, I felt no pain once so ever. Michelle was very thorough and pleasant to be around. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend everyone to check this place out!

Honestly the best dental experience I have ever had. I’ve had some bad dental experiences in my life so that’s why at almost 40 years old I’m still afraid to go and have avoided going for years. Finksburg Dental has definitely changed my mind - everyone from the front desk ladies to my hygienist Jen to Dr. Katzen was incredibly nice and patient with me and understanding of my fear. Explaining each step of the process, making sure I was comfortable, asking consent, encouraging me wear the lead apron as a weighted blanket, letting me keep my worry pillow in my lap, and letting me listen to whatever music I wanted really really went a long way to help me feel less anxious. And the understanding that Jen showed when I explained that most toothpaste makes my cheeks slough and bleed and when I’m having a low mental energy day that brushing my teeth is first to go is beyond any care I’ve encountered before. I can honestly say I’m not afraid of my next cleaning!

I’ve been going to finksburg / carroll county dental associates for nearly 20 years now even after moving an hour away I still haven’t changed dentists they are dentists I trust the most! Everyone is always pleasant to deal with and always have great expertise. Dr Katzen has been my dentist for years and recently my hygienist Tori has taken excellent care

Holly has been my hygienist for a long time and she’s excellent. I always feel like I’m her only patient for the day because she’s patient, has great attention to detail and is personable. She does a thorough dental health exam before each cleaning and explains what she’s doing and why. Holly’s knowledgeable about dental science and uses different tools and techniques to do the best job with the least discomfort. I highly recommend her.

Michelle was awesome! It had been awhile since I was seen by a dentist and she was great! Making the experience tolerable! My teeth feel wonderful! Dr. Katzen was great as well! All staff- keep up the good work!
