I am a new patient here and I am giving this practice five stars not only for their dentists, but their billing/administrative department as well! Our first visit as new patients was a pleasant and satisfactory experience for me and my kids. The office is clean and well maintained and the dental staff is professional and competent. They did a good job with our routine cleanings as well as with appropriate dental advice and oral hygiene tips. However, apparently they did some X-rays for my kids that were not covered by insurance. And when the claim was rejected by the insurance, they sent me a bill for those. I called their billing department, fully expecting to have a long back and forth with them about why I should not have to pay this bill. The billing administrator calmly heard my complaint and promised to investigate and get back to me. To my surprise, I promptly got a call from her the very next day! Her findings were that since I had provided them all the insurance info ahead of time for verification etc...they should have checked and known that those particular X-rays would not be covered by insurance. Therefore, she was waiving those charges. And that was that! I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to resolve this billing dispute with them! I would recommend this practice wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a new dentist in the area!

I highly recommend this practice. The doctors are very knowledgeable and caring, and so are the hygienists and other support staff. I have been a patient for 15 years and have never been disappointed with the quality of care.

Staff is very helpful. Drs try to help patients and suggest best practices. Great effort is given in trying to keep natural teeth.
