The worst experience I could have as someone who had never been here before this women showed in the picture autumn has to be the most unprofessional ,rude and racist woman I’ve ever met… my gf was there for an appointment so while I was waiting in the waiting room I overhear autumn on the phone with what I thought was an employee because of how she was speaking to him.. he was running late for his appointment which I understand is something the dentist office take seriously which is totally understandable I guess the guy said he had to stop to get a drink (to take his medicine) she then replies “well can you not stop for a drink your already running late” which threw me the wrong way but I just minded my business she then proceeds to talk about and laughs at this person to the other lady that was there.. the man come in and this is a customer that she was talking to on the phone not a employee which really had me upset he comes in and is really nice and respectful she mentions to him that he had a root canal scheduled and he was explaining that there was miscommunication because he was under the impression he was getting a fill in and also a second opinion she then proceeded to have a attitude bends down to grab something and says “as if you wasn’t already 20 mins late” then gets up and storms off to the back to further talk about the customer to dr.keer mind you even the patient had to ask the other tech if she was new because she was super unprofessional saying how he has Medicare and black people need to do there research on the insurance mind you my girlfriend is currently in the chair getting her teeth looked at while she’s going on this rant so she heard everything and was very offended so after she was done with her appointment I come back in there not even 5 mins later to ask for the supervisor because I couldn’t believe the way this woman autumn was talking to this man autumn then proceeded to lie and say she was the supervisor so I then said to her that I did not like the way she was talking to that patient it was very unprofessional and extremely inappropriate she then proceeded to paint it out as if I was being aggressive towards her and I wasn’t I was extremely taken back by that experience she then proceeded to call the police on me and lied to them as well making it like I was being aggressive towards her so now at this point I am getting annoyed because I feel like she was only doing that because we was black she was super nice to every white person that came in there so I was confused on why we was being treated this way and we were the only black people in the establishment so while she is on the phone with the police dr.keer then comes out and she definitely handled the situation with grace and respect and took the time to hear me out and understand where I was coming from and I really appreciated that but this is by far the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had and I will never return back here or refer anyone here the police also reassured me that I was not wrong and that the interaction was unprofessional…autumn need to be re trained or fired this is not the job for her!!!!!!! The picture below is her laughing at the man that she was on the phone with absolutely disgusting

After not having seen a dentist for a couple years and needing to get my teeth back in shape I came to mayo dental. I needed full cleanings and fillings/cavities. After two seperate appointments costing me over $100 dollars with insurance, I come to find out 2-3 weeks after my last appointment that I have an oral infection in a wisdom tooth that I was supposed to be told to see an oral surgeon about. Except when I left my last cleaning no one mentioned this to me and I was not given a referral to an oral surgeon to get this taken care of. So I schedule another appointment to address the infection and am prescribed antiobiotics. However, they didnt seem to be working and were then deemed unfit to cure the infection by another medical professional who stated " I dont know why they would prescribe you that, its not going to be strong enough to get rid of it". Fast forward to today, the infection is gone as far as I can tell and I call at least 6 times to speak to someone about my situation and no one answers the phone. So this makes three instances now that Mayo dental leaves me feeling neglected and mistreated as a patient. I love the receptionists and the professionals as people, they are all extremely friendly, and its a very welcoming place every time I come in but this whole situation has left a very bad taste in my mouth unfortunately.

I think this place has the most qualified doctors they can have. They treat you with care, respect and talk to you in a manner that you want to be communicated. Dr. Keer is amazing and she knows how to treat people. Their dog adds light to the comforting environment of the environment and we absolutely love Bourbon

I wish I could give Dr. Keer 0 stars…I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom who saw another doctor in the practice that was really kind, however when she went for a follow-up she had the unfortunate encounter with Dr. Keer. I have worked in healthcare for 10+ years, never in my life has a dog (I’m a dog and cat lover) walk around a medical practice with patients, approaching patient without consent or regard for the patient. Patients can be allergic to animals, they can be scared of animals…it is disrespectful. If this was a service dog, it would never approach another person, and people who have service animals are very respectful of people who are scared of animals. In addition to this, my mom was sitting in the waiting room while Dr. Keer paraded around the office with AirPods in, on the phone, loudly speaking a different language with (yet again) no regard or respect for the patient in the waiting room. But wait, it gets worse…Dr. Keer’s bedside manner was disrespectful, she insinuated/straight up said that my mom was angry and therefore she was grinding her teeth. Dr. Keer was possibly projecting with that comment. Dr. Keer then suggested my mom purchase a $400 mouth guard, then walking it to the front desk to ask if my mom wants to add this on as a purchase…? I doubt this review will be of any difference, I just hope Dr. Keer reads this at least once and can reflect on her poor behavior as a provider. Doubt it’ll make a difference, but I’m being hopeful. I see the other reviews that are not so great and there are some very rude responses from the office. So I’ll brace myself for the response your team has for this. *smile* I’ll be writing a more strongly worded letter to MDH regarding practices involving the provider bringing pets (obviously not referring to service animals) to medical practices while patients are being seen because that baffles me. Update in response to the below response: if you don’t want your patients to show up 15-20 minutes early then keep your door locked so the patient can wait in the car…the response is blaming the patient for arriving to an appointment early…it’s just the audacity for me.
