Every time I come here there’s always a problem I’ve been sitting here waiting since 12:30 to get checked in and my appointment is at one pm .. now I’m still now at 1:13 and they have not printed out any paperwork for me to sign for me to get my appointment started or anything , I told her no I didn’t receive the paperwork 3 times and I sat since then . On top of that it is 130 and I’m still sitting here. They moved my appointment a day ahead for me to be sitting here waiting in the lobby for over an hour ..I just got nose surgery but I’m waiting long after my appointment and I’m ready to go home I would have been done already

Worst place to work or get dental treatment, I was told. A worker said the owners treat staff as if they are on a slave plantation, with camera everywhere. Staff sometimes works full shift without breaks or lunch, according to the worker. Place is a mess and in disarray. Chronic shortage of staff due to owners slavery mentally. Doctors were observed numbing patients for extractions, then left to clean another patient’s teeth. The number patient was then left alone and the doctor later returned to take out said patient’s teeth, due to lack of staff. This is called cross-contamination.Instead of using all cassettes for ultrasonic machine, I noticed during my visit, hair accessories being used to attached instruments.I understand this is a regular thing for the owners to stay at their house watching staff on camera. If you stand for a minute or took a break break you are outta there.

If i could leave zero stars i would. This facility is so unprofessional it’s ridiculous!! I called in early October to schedule appointments for my daughter and myself and it was nothing available until Dec 26th! Today (12/22) i get a call concerning the need to reschedule my appt as the owner decided not to be open on 12/26. The next appointment they gave me wasnt until the end of February going into march! I already waited two months for the first appointment and now they want me to wait another 2 to 3 months! Absolutely ridiculous. The front desk staff is ghetto! Passing messages between each other instead of the person answering the questions getting on the phone. The district heights location is horrible!!! You are better off going to another dentist office! I will be reporting this facility

I am not sure what makes me want to write a review now, lol but my daughter has had services here for now a year. I read some of the more recent reviews and they CANNOT be about this location. Again, we have been with them for the past year and every visit the facility is clean, decorated, and the staff are just as friendly as they can be always welcoming and friendly. I never have a problem with scheduling an appointment or them confirming. Now I will say they take a while to answer but always returns my call when I leave a voicemail (in their defense I probably call during their lunch hour) but there is honestly nothing bad to say about them. My baby teeth look amazing and since her actual braces have been put on let’s say it’s been 7 months (she needed a little extra love and care beforehand) the transition has been so beautiful. The owner (gentlemen) don’t have time for any games lol he’s about his work and that’s just that. I would highly recommend and have!!!

First time patient with this office and I had a great experience. I’m looking at a root canal and fill-ins. All the staff were very professional and friendly. The area was clean and welcoming. I look forward to the work they’ll be doing for me !
