I arrived early but the wait time was pleasant enough. The waiting room was clean. Once called back the dental hygienist was very pleasant and explained what was to be done every step of the way. I really appreciate knowing what is to happen and what to expect.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Bartholomew is great. She doesn’t try to do unnecessary work just to make money. However, because she is so good she is very busy. So it may take a little time to get an appointment for routine care.

It’s always a great experience. I’m greeted as soon as I walk in. The waiting area is small, but that’s not a problem because you are called in a very timely manner based on your appointment time. The hygienist that cleaned by teeth was welcoming; the conversation as she prepped was great. And Dr. Bartholomew is always warm, caring, & informative. With ALL of her patients, she remembers to ask about my parents wellbeing. You are cared for the entire duration of your visit.

My experience was good. I did not have to wait for long before being called in. The dental hygienist was polite and did a good job cleaning my teeth. The Doctor was also very polite and respectful.
