I receive outstanding service from Dr Jackson, who gave me root canal that was needed and cleared my jaw line and complexion up from the inflammation that had been sitting in my face. Dr. White discovered the problem immediately and recommended the root canal. This is one of the best dental office I have been to outstanding of Dr Shaw.

This office has been a major disappointment since they moved from Allentown Rd. I was a patient for years. Once they moved near the Harbor, the office clientele began to dwindle down over a year span. The waiting area was once packed and little by little I began to notice the emptiness. In fact, I regret not leaving when the dentist I had been seeing for years left. I stayed and have been dealing with hell since she left. The office manager is incompetent and does insufficient paperwork (shady financial services/business). Dr. Crawford was once a kind and welcoming person, however, since the relocation, I personally felt as though her friendly spirit changed and she became the nasty and frankly very moody. No more greetings with a smile. Dr. Jackson gave me root canal, which I have been questioning whether or not I really needed it. As I sit here typing at 3 am I am very disturbed. Earlier the previous day I just came from receiving dental work that I thought would not happen to me because I am the type that takes very good care of my hygiene in all aspects. After all, health starts in your mouth. Anyway, I’m up because of the pain I was experiencing from receiving a tooth extraction because my root canal was done incorrectly and I had a bad infection under the the tooth and connected to the root of the tooth as a result of the shadiness there. Dr. Jackson and Dr. Waters informed me that another tooth may need a root canal as well and I emphatically said "no", not realizing the trouble I would have ahead, only listening to my gut. Not only am I mortified but disappointed. The crown that was placed on my tooth was done by Dr. Waters, which wasn’t done correctly either. I have referred people to them in the past who later have had dental issues as a result of the procedures performed on them. I am regretful for sending business their way and ruining mouths. They take an oath to right but they seem to be abiding by the law of greed! I didn’t want to leave a star at all but unfortunately, I don’t believe anyone would read this review without seeing the rating. It is my opinion that they don’t even deserve a half star. It is also my opinion that anyone that’s looking for a GOOD dentist, to STAND CLEAR AND BEWARE!

The moment that you walk into the office, you are greeted by polite, courteous and most of all, competent staff. Your every dental concern is quickly addressed and you are immediately assured that you are in good hands. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now!!!!
