I had a dental cleaning from Sunil Pathak that felt extremely rushed. It lasted about 10 minutes, and the dentist did not perform a thorough cleaning . There was no flossing or detailed scaling. He also forgot to provide protective eyewear, which is a basic safety standard, and only apologized after I brought it up. The dentist appeared tired and was slurring his speech, which made me feel uneasy. While he said my teeth looked fine, the lack of care and attention was concerning. This was a one-time visit due to a last-minute cancellation with my regular dentist, and I will not be returning.

1. Why am I being seen 1 hour after my appointment time? 2. Children are almost always present, so why in the HELL are there always inappropriate songs playing? This is a family friendly facility, be so for real. I should NOT be hearing Usher’s Nice and Slow playing while my teeth are getting done. 3. If you’re gonna be rude and don’t feel like doing your job... love, just stay home. 4. It’s never clean. Just dirty all around. 5. Stop scheduling everybody and their mama at the same time.

I’m really getting sick of the dental industry altogether. I arrived to my appointment early. 30 minutes in, the front desk clerk said they were unable to verify my insurance. I called the insurance company and they were able to verify over the phone, using the same details. I also had the info faxed and emailed. I’m pretty sure the clerk was entering the details incorrectly. I’ve been using the same insurance for years and never had this issue before. Either way, insurance verification should have been completed prior to the appointment date. I ended up walking out after waiting for 2 hours.

I thank the staff so much for accommodating me as a female Muslim. I asked if a female could scan my ID because it was an old ID with my hair showing and they made it a big deal in a good way. They told the young man hey she said she wants a female to scan so give us the ID. At that very moment I felt so Empowered. Thank you all once again. My overall experience was great. There wasn’t a long wait time and when I was seen I felt very comfortable and confident that the dentist would do a great job and he sure did. I would surely recommend coming here.

I really appreciate their services and like their office. The front desk could be nicer, get to know the patients, and the doctor could have a little bit more bedside manner, but the knowledge and being able to explain everything in detail was phenomenal. I love the fact that they play really good music. It’s just a little loud. But gotta keep report up for the Employees🤎 Edit: they took me in the next day when I had a serious issue so I think that’s going above and beyond.
