My appointment started exactly on time—I didn’t have to wait at all. It only took about half an hour to receive 18 x-rays and a thorough, painless cleaning. Everyone was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. I went to my dental insurance website and searched for dentist that accepted my insurance. I found this clinic and scheduled an appointment online for Thursday. The appointment was booked on Tuesday. I called yesterday to ensure they verified and accepted my insurance. I spoke with Christy and she said she didn’t have time to verify it and will get back to me. She called back stating that everything was fine. Today, the day of the appointment, I get a phone call 2 hours before the appointment to tell me that I need to pay $150 in advance because my plan will not cover what they usually charge and if I am comfortable paying that. Then I asked, why you didn’t tell me your office is out of network because this feels like a scam? Her response was "I don’t have an hour to explain this to you". I hung up at that point. That was out of line and a waste of my time. I don’t have a problem paying, but her comment was condescending and out of line. Also, had she done her job correctly yesterday, it would had given me the opportunity to find a different dentist.

Recommended by my husband who works in the building. Phenomenal customer service. Small team that welcomes you as though you’re family. I would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, peaceful environment with employees full of personality.

I’ve been coming to this office for 30 years and working with Michael primarily for at least the past 20. I’ve also sent MANY referrals to this office from both of the high level Wall Street firms I’ve worked with in this area. I’ve never been made aware of a single complaint, problem or concern with the level of service or the quality of work being performed. This is especially true with Michael at the helm. He is an empathetic person, a fine dentist and an excellent technician and communicator who makes sure of the important details on every visit I’ve ever had.
