Today at my visit, I want to share the care and outstanding service i’ve received from the Dental hygienist Subrina. The first thing I noticed about her was how polite she was throughout the whole visit. Moreover, she even hung up my coat etc., and continue to make sure I was comfortable. She also provide me with a dental care package. I also want to thank Dr. Zhou, and her assistance for being gentle during the cleaning always asking if I’m ok etc. She also pointed out some teeth that needed work on and suggeested that I should address the matter promptly. Thank you all, and I look forward to my next visit!!!

Hello, this was my positive feeling at the dentist. First, I really loved how the dentists greeted us. They asked how my day was going and what I do at school, where I’m going for vacation, etc which I really appreciated. The experience of getting my teeth checked out was incredibly good. My teeth felt so clean and fresh. When the dentists were doing things for my teeth it didn’t hurt at all and was calm and relaxing. Also, when I was younger I was really scared of the dentist, but now I’m not scared at all coming here. Another thing is the music. It is such a chill vibe and makes me be more relaxed. Thank you.

This place had very good service with Kind employees, with good sources that made my teeth clean and fresh it made me feel as if i felt protect by cavities making the process trustworthy. The music was such a comfort and in fact the best part of the experience, it was such a vibe and really helps with you focusing on the music then anything too extreme. The fact that the checkup I had was quick and fast to finish made it even more satisfying. Also I really liked how polite people were there, it’s giving a very cool color that bring its place to realistic modern design that makes it the perfect place to let everything just happen through professionalism.

I had my first dental visit today here and I was blown away by how different the vibes are!! Seems to be a new staff and some new doctors are on board. I saw Dr. Tse and he was so kind and thorough. Lan the office manager and the two front desk girls were so friendly and welcoming. And considering I am an anxious patient and I left smiling, that says a lot! I would highly recommend this office to my family and friends.

They took me when I needed an emergency visit and I’ve been coming here ever since. They’re communicative, understanding, flexible, and efficient. My doctor (Dr Zhou) is by far the best dentist I’ve had in my life and no matter who the nurse/assistant is, I always have a pleasant experience and feel satisfied with my care.
