Cleaning 2I’m concerned that they may be diagnosing non-existent dental issues in order to profit off of more expensive procedure. I went for a cleaning and was told I needed a filling, so I came back to get it. On my next cleaning, I was told I needed another filling. I was surprised by the idea that I needed two in a row, since I hadn’t had one in years and years. Before getting it, I went to see another dentist, who didn’t say anything about needing any filling. I have now been to that other dentist twice and no issues have been raised. If you are told you need a procedure, consider getting a second opinion

Booked an Invisalign appointment and when I went, they said the orthodontist wasn’t there so it was a waste of time. They should have told me that the orthodontist wouldn’t be there when I booked the appointment, or at least called to cancel.

My experience today at Dr Dental was very pleasant. I was treated kindly and the dentist addressed any concerns and also answered any questions I had . I would recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a dental work

The dentist was very helpful and friendly and his staff were kind and took good care of me and my teeth and asked if I had any concerns and the front desk even got me in sooner than February to be seen which was great since I was overdue for a cleaning and they listened to any concerns I had and asked if I was okay and gave good tips as well

about average for a hole-in-the-wall dental chain. my only complaint was a smoke detector had the low battery chirp every minute or so the whole time I was there. front desk workers seemed nice but disinterested in their jobs. dr. patel and the dental assistant whose name I forget were both nice and gave a reasonable assessment.
