Cleaning 2Root Canal 2I rarely leave reviews because I believe everyone deserves a second chance, but this experience was disappointing enough to speak up. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to see the dentist. The actual cleaning felt rushed, lasting about 15 minutes, and the dark spots on my teeth were still visible afterward. When I brought this up to the front desk, I was told the dentist was in between procedures and couldn’t speak with me, have to wait to talk to him to point out the dark spots (tea/coffee stain) In total, I spent about 1 hour 15 minutes: 5 minutes for X-rays, 15 minutes with the dentist, 5 minutes for polishing, and the rest just waiting. I left feeling dissatisfied. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this dental office.

DO NOT RECOMMEND - they have an extremely inefficient cleaning process. This is the only office I have been to, where the DR does the actual cleaning. This makes no sense, one doctor doing all the cleanings? While the dental assistants are just holding the suction/water thingy? No sense. A 30 min apt ends up being a 1hr appointment. - all the equipment looks old! - asked if something was covered, because I knew it was and they said no. Got home and checked myself, and it is covered! - it doesn’t feel like they really clean your teeth properly. Anyways, wont come back and do not recommend. It is one of the shittiest dental offices I have been to. - the only good thing about this office is that the staff at least are nice.

Their sub-grade medical treatment is a scam they want to do unrelated and costly to make more money. They don’t care about the wellness or best interest of the customer. Big red flags they barely speak english and talk down on you! 🇺🇸

I urge you not to go to this clinic. Every time I visit, it’s almost empty, and there are hardly any clients, but that’s a different matter. Recently, I had one tooth saved, and I was happy with the result, so I didn’t pay much attention to the negative reviews. But then, when they started working on my other teeth, they damaged my healthy teeth without my consent in order to make a cosmetic makeover, even though I never asked for that. My insurance covers the treatment, and it seems like they decided to do whatever they wanted, even though I came to them with a request to treat root canals and save the teeth that were on the verge of falling apart. Before the procedure, they told me they would restore my front teeth, which were perfectly healthy and never caused any issues. I thought they might fix one or two teeth, but they didn’t mention how many teeth they would treat, just that it would be the front row. I was confused, but when I realized they were grinding down all my healthy front teeth, I panicked, but it was too late. I never imagined they would destroy my entire front row of teeth just to place crowns for the sake of aesthetics, but I never asked for it to look “nice”! I had to wait three weeks for the crowns, and during the whole procedure, I experienced unbearable pain and cried for a long time. This should not happen; it’s not normal. It seems the doctor improperly treated my teeth, possibly exposing nerves or removing enamel. This could be a legal case. After the procedure, I barely made it home, writhing in pain. I can’t even drink water because it hurts so much—water, air—anything that touches my teeth causes pain. I’ve never had problems like this before. Please, do not go to this place. Do not trust them. I regret every day that I went there. Now I can’t get back my teeth or my peace of mind. What should I do with the pain if it doesn’t go away?

I went for my Root Canal about a month ago and it was painless and a stress free procedure . I arrived early for my appointment. The front desk receptionisnt was very helpful and friendly and the dentist he was the best, he was amazing made me feel very comfortable he was constantly checking one throughout the procedure. I have nothing but good stuff to say about the place
