I had a last-minute dental emergency for a root canal and Arlington Dental was a lifesaver! They were able to fit me in quickly to address my pain and prevent further issues. Despite the stressful situation, they provided exceptional care and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The X-rays were a breeze, and the entire process was smooth and painless. The office itself was clean and tranquil, creating a calming atmosphere. Both the dentist and dental assistant were top-notch. The worst experience with this Doctor or her practice she is the cheap and unprofessional dentist in Massachusetts. She even doesn’t like mass health patients. I went her office for my self and for my kids. She did filling for teeth and doesn’t works. After couple days all the fillings she did for my teeth it came out. I am keep calling her to fix that again but she never replied for my calls and not giving me an appointment. Because she once already got money from my Health care and she is not caring about my problems. Same with my daughter. She said she has gravity in her teeth and she will fix it. She gave me appointment and one day before she canceled that and now its two weeks passed she never called me to fix appointment .Because she already charged from health care and now she doesn’t even care about the customers health. Its shame for a doctor who doesn’t care about patient and money minded people. Please I request you not to waste your money and time to go over there. She is a rude and not a social doctor even her assistant is so nice and caring.

Dr. Kaveti is an excellent dentist who is always efficient and professional. I used to go to another dentist close by who stopped taking my insurance and did not get my teeth nearly as clean as Dr. Kaveti.

I’ve been coming here for a few years for regular cleanings. I have good oral hygiene and have never needed more than the regular cleanings so I can’t speak to other treatments, but she’s always done a great job with the cleanings. I’m always in and out within 30 minutes. I appreciate the lack of wait times and I really appreciate that she never tries to upsell me on unnecessary treatments.

Pros= easy getting in for an appointment Cons= Things have changed since Covid. No staff team to assist in the office. The dentist does everything from appointment reminders and answering the phones. This posed a problem when she had to answer phone calls while working on my teeth. I also had to assist in holding different tools when she was working on my teeth. She pulled my daughter’s tooth saying the adult tooth was coming in, several months later we found out from another dentist there is still 6-12 months before the adult tooth may come in.
