Amazing Team 3Cleaning 3Recently returned to the area and had to find a new dentist. Found Dr. Shaib at Dental by Design through my insurance website and Google. Went for an exam and cleaning. I found Dr. Shaib and his staff to be knowledgeable, professional, friendly, with clear communication, a lovely office, and a convenient location with free parking. Got my cleaning my done + X-rays. Rachel did the cleaning, she was efficient and super informative! Met Dr T and he was also very helpful too! Looking forward to my next visit!

I went in for a teeth cleaning and c ray because my old dentist retired and following my cleaning the friendly dentist came in and informed me that I needed a full scaling and other things, likely a crown. The staff quickly told me about a payment plan. It almost felt rehearsed. I then read on Groupon that this same dentist has told other people the same. I was shocked after getting two other dentists to look at my x rays that in fact my teeth were ok. it’s a deceiving office because front desk friendly clean office and dentist friendly, but obviously slick. I hate to leave a bad review but this office should be on watch.

Rachel was excellent with my teeth. She cleaned them and offered services that are needed to keep my gums in better condition for the long term. Dr T is professional and made sure to let me know where my problem spots were. The facility is nice and clean. Highly suggested to get any dentist work done here.

I recently visited Au Blanc and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time. During my appointment, Dr. T was thorough and attentive, taking the time to explain each step of the procedure and answer all of my questions. I felt completely at ease throughout the entire visit, which is saying a lot for someone who has a bit of dental anxiety. What really impressed me, though, was the level of care and expertise that Dr. T and his whole Team demonstrated.
