Family Orthodontics solicits good reviews via text after every positive appointment (see photo). They uses aggressive and deceitful sales tactics to pressure people to start treatment the day of the “free” evaluation. Most children will never need surgery and don’t require palate expanders unless there is a crossbite. It is always wise to get a second opinion. Also, braces can be done at any age; there is no rush. Family Orthodontics contract DOESN’T COVER ALL EXPENSES that may be accrued during the term of treatment, and they absolve themselves of liability for any damage, injuries, or errors. Many other orthodontics include all expenses during the treatment period without additional charges and bills. Family Orthodontics will bill extra even if it’s not the patient’s fault and their mistake caused PAIN to the patient. Also, DON’T PAY IN FULL; there is no worthwhile advantage, and they will still bill extra. Family Orthodontics is not BBB accredited meaning they are not committed to customer satisfaction and will not resolve disputes. BBB accreditation is a standard of customer protection earned by many reputable orthodontic offices, which Family Orthodontics has yet to achieve. Family Orthodontics “patient relations department” is non-responsive unless it benefits them. The receptionists at Family Orthodontics are unwelcoming, unhelpful, and are usually talking about music concerts or food among other things. While the staff aims to expedite appointments, the overall treatment experience, overseen by Dr. Clark, falls short of expectations. The discomfort and dissatisfaction experienced by my stepchild during treatment, coupled with exorbitant and unjustified additional charges, further underscore the shortcomings of Family Orthodontics.

Having a 12 year old son in braces means many trips for repairs. Family Ortho got us an appointment the next day and after school. Staff is great! Highly recommend.

Dr. Clark and staff has been great assisting and guiding my son through his braces journey. This is the first time we are going through this experience and Dr. Clark & attending staff has been great in explaining every detail of the process.

Thank you Family Orthodontics for taking care of my daughter over these years with her braces. From Dr Khedkar to Dr Clark and the supporting staff were all great! Jessica was always quick to respond to our emails with any concerns we had. They were quick to make emergency appointments whenever my daughter broke a bracket. Thank you again.

We love it here everyone has been great over this whole process. Our favorite assistant is Desi he has this incredible way with my daughter (who is not always the easier patient). He explains everything to her before and during her appointments and really calms her anxiety.
