Mondovi Dental Attleboro

The original dentist I had seen here was great. My last appointment the dentist was new, did not introduce herself and just stuck her fingers in my mouth, she and the hygienist argued in front of me about what “treatment” I needed without explaining to me what they were talking about, as I was only there for a cleaning. Then when they were done, sent me home without doing my cleaning because they no longer had time for me. Then they rescheduled my next appointment for the third time today. Do not go here.

Where to start. Today I had the most humiliating experience that I could have possibly had at a dentist’s office. The new dentist (mind you this office has gone through 2 dentists in the last year) has a complete lack of compassion. After injecting me with local anesthesia, she decided that she did not have the patience to deal with my sensitive palate. When she suggested that I go to a dentist who can perform with general anesthesia, I asked her for a referral, to which she responded to just google it. I have never been treated in such a manner before. I left literally crying and with half of my face numbed out. Never returning here. Not surprising that they can’t seem to keep any of their better staff either.

My whole family goes to Mondovi dental. We have never had a bad experience. The staff are always personable and pleasant, and the hygenists are very professional and always clean my teeth perfectly. I don’t need to go to any other office for my dental needs. Mondavi has a very comfortable atmosphere.

Great place with friendly skillled staff. Always advising on good teeth care and how to solve advanced teeth issues through partnerships they have with other dental clinics, whether it is surgery, orthodontics work, etc. Definitely recommend a consultation to start with.

PLEASE READ: The staff has changed completely, and this office is now TERRIBLE. Do not let all the good reviews fool you, as they are from before EVERY SINGLE PERSON that used to work there quit. Not fired, QUIT. The dentist quit first, they couldn’t find anyone to replace him for months and couldn’t book new appointments, and during that time all the hygienists left. Everyone you liked there is gone now. Now, instead, they employ basically whoever they can get, which is unsurprising not the greatest of staff. The hygienist I had not only didn’t clean my teeth properly, but she GOUGED MY TONGUE with a dental pick. And despite my complaints they billed it to insurance anyway, like that was routine for them. Probably because it is. So beware. And for your health and safety, find another dentists. These are not the great people that used to work here in early 2023.
