My first appointment and I waited one hour without being called. I sat there for 10 minutes before the reception is gave me initial paperwork to fill out. The paperwork, which was about 4 pages of of micro size print, ask for the same information on at least 3 pages. Three other people walked in, and had the same appointment time as I did. They were called in before me! The reception wasn’t concerned about my wait time. I will not return.

Let’s just say I made it to my appointment at 1:45pm. I wasn’t seen until after 3pm. Didn’t leave until after 4pm even though my appointment was scheduled for 2pm. Not to mention that I even had my paperwork faxed over from another office 3 hrs. prior to my appointment to insure that it would go smoothly and somewhat quickly. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that things didn’t go exactly as planned because of a misunderstanding etc., but I’m forgiving so I’m praying that my next visit will be handled better.

My absolute best dental experience! The staff was friendly, informative, and exceptionally helpful. I was seen quickly, everything was explained to me very well, and my nerves were immediately calmed. My new dental home! 😁

Great service!!! I came in 2015 to get my wisdom teeth removed and came back to get a cleaning and they were still so nice. They move very fast and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. I highly recommend this place.
