Despite the mixed reviews, I decided to give this dental office a chance and I am so glad I did! The customer service upon arrival, the dental assistant and hygienist, all the way to the dentist, gave me superb customer service. I felt very welcomed and comfortable.

I had the pleasure of having dental work done by Dr. Aretha Hood. My experience was very positive. I was nervous at first but her assistant, Erica ensured me I wouldn’t feel any pain and she was correct. Dr Hood was very attentive, caring and patient. She did not rush through my procedure and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure as well as her assistant. I’m so happy I found Paradise dental.

Only go to this dentist if you want terrible customer service. The older lady at the front desk with the dyed hair is atrocious. She’s the Polar opposite of what good customer service is at the very least. SHE IS JUST DOWNRIGHT RUDE. Dr. Hood is OK depending on what day it is. Do Yourself a favor steer clear of this dental office.
