Marissa is the best! She is so kind, helpful and explains everything. Dr is great and so far my daughters teeth look amazing, few more months to go and the braces are off!

They have some of the most friendliest staff i’ve ever encountered. I had an appointment at 10am to get my official exam. I ended up getting my braces as well. They were very gentle I was nervous but it didn’t hurt at all. I was greeted kindly by the front desk. By the time it was 10:03 I was in the back. They did everything fast. I felt very comfortable. The office was nice and clean. I’m so happy I chose them and happy they have flexible financial options. 10/10 I highly reccomend. Things went well until I got sick & was off work for a while. I received a email saying I was gonna be dismissed from the office. I was able to speak to someone & I felt like I was given a hard time on trying to get a arrangement set up they asked for docs from my job and etc…..No empathy whatsoever they only cared about the money. I understand nothing in life is free but people go through things and I don’t like the way I was treated. I don’t want to be sick and this wasn’t in my plan. My insurance already paid almost 3k it should be some type of room for you to go through something. I’m offended embarresed and stressed I may have to get services elsewhere im really upset as I was super excited about working on my smile.

Dr. Lupini and his staff are excellent! They always greet you with a smile, are very pleasant, and are experts in their field. Anytime we have an issue, they accomodate us to get in quickly. Dr Lupini and his entire staff are terrific. From our very first Records appointment to my daughter’s Monthly appointments they explain to my husband, our daughter, and myself what they’ll be doing at each appointment. Our daughter’s progress has been and continues to be incredible. I highly recommend Dr Lupini and his fantastic staff. I also appreciate they keep their office very clean. — Mandy Wilson

Wonderful staff! Easy to work with and schedule!! Very friendly. Both of my daughters see Dr Lupini and he is great! I was nervous about having them both gonatvthe same time but the office helped with my financial concerns. They are always willing to help. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend.
