I am absolutely afraid of getting dental work done. My first visit to Southshore Dental..I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm welcome. The place is so nice and clean. I had a cleaning with Jessica and she was fantastic! I met Dr. Patel..who was very kind and went over some dental work I needed to get done. My next visit I was to have a root canal and crown prep. My worse nightmare when it comes to dental work. Raquel..his assistant was absolutely fabulous in getting me calmed down and taking care of me. Dr. Patel explained everything…made sure I didn’t feel any pain….and I truly appreciated his calm and humorous personality. I had a lot going on with the tooth and was advised several options. Dr. Patel and Raquel worked tremendously hard to save my tooth and I can honestly say…I felt no pain. They continued to check on me throughout the process. Would I recommend Southshore Dental? You bet I would. Dr. Patel and his entire team are absolutely awesome. Don’t let fear stop you from taking care of your teeth. I guarantee everyone at Southshore Dental will take good care of you.

This dental practice is phenomenal! I’ve been a patient for a few years now and am so happy with the care I receive there. The dentists and staff are sweet, patient, and explain everything they are doing. Can’t say enough good things about Southshore Dental!

Raquel and Dr. Patel are angels. I haven’t been to a dentist in longer than I’d like to admit (mostly because I’ve had such bad dentists!) but they made my semi-complicated wisdom tooth extraction so easy on me. I felt so taken care of and they made me a loyal patient for life. They were so empathetic and explained everything as they were doing it. I feel so at ease and will be back to help address some other nagging issues and get my first cleaning in a long time. Thank you so much Raquel and Dr. Patel.

I am grateful for the staff being so supportive today as I started the process for receiving an implant. The procedure was painless and went much smoother than anticipated. I suffer from extreme anxiety surrounding dental procedures and the entire staff did their best to make sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout my visit. Raquel in particular was so kind and empathetic to my situation, I really appreciate how much she helped me throughout the process. Both Dr. Lupini and Dr. Patel went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable as well.
