Highly Recommended 2I went for a cleaning and exam as a new patient. I could not be more delighted. It’s a lovely, spacious, sparkly clean office, and the staff are very welcoming, efficient and pleasant. I had a full set of X-rays and pictures taken, and then a very thorough and pain free cleaning and exam. The dentist was very professional and pleasant. I’ve already made an appointment for my next visit. I highly recommend this practice.

Last visit wasn’t what my experience used to be which was never having a problem after getting any kind of work done . A couple of things occurred that I wasn’t pleased with but I tried to stick it out after being a loyal patient of almost 20 years. Sadly I will be seeking another dental practice.

Me and my daughter appointment was for the same time which was 9:30am and before we got done with the paper work they were calling us to the back. They offer neck pillows, blankets, coffee, tea, or water. They explained the treatment and the X-rays in detail. That’s the best dentist experience I ever had. They also had goodie bags. By the way we was done at 10:30am

The staff was dishonest and told me that Dr. Carter was retired. They scheduled my appointments knowing Dr. Carter was no longer there and no one called to let me know before my appointment. They also didn’t tell me he was no longer there when I was at my appointment. Another Doctor came in the room and I asked for Dr. Carter, that’s when they told me that he was retired. Dr. Carter is not retired. I was suppose to get my next set of orthodontic trays that day but they didn’t fit. Thank goodness I’ve found Dr. Carter and he is still my dentist!!!

Dr. Sledge was amazing with my 4 month old. He had a lip tie corrected. She was very thorough. We were able to do everything in one day. The procedure was super quick. She made us feel very comfortable! I highly recommend Dr. Catherine sledge if your little one needs a lip or tongue tie corrected!
