Amazing Team 2Dr. Ross and staff was very friendly and professional. Today was my first initial appointment. He and Jasmine were very patient and attentive with me. Dr. Ross listened to me and my concerns and we came up with a treatment plan that would perfect my smile. I’m so glad I found them. Could’ve saved thousands of dollars if I’d known about them before now. Safe to say I have a new home now. They are by far the best,hands down!

First time there today. Was nervous but Dr. Ross and his assistant I think her name was Jasmine ..my gosh they were unbelievable! Had I known this I’d BEEN coming here. Sometimes it’s not about the convenience of a dentist being 5 minutes down the road. I’ll gladly drive 35 minutes out of my way to come see this group. Felt like I had known them FOREVER! LIKE FAMILY! AND HE EXPLAINS EVERYTHING AND MAKES SURE YOU UNDERSTAND . I could go on and on. They were just awesome

One of the best dental experiences I had. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dentist was knowledgeable and gave great explanations for things and didn’t keep one misinformed. Would be back for all my cleanings in the future

I went in for my first visit today at Key Dental in Madison. Let me say this….BEST COSTUMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD AT A DENTAL OFFICE HANDS DOWN!! From the moment you walk through the door the reception team was welcoming and had no problems answering any question i had. My dental hygienist Fera was *chefs kiss* at making me feel comfortable and explaining everything to me. She Answered my questions. I did not leave in the dark about what was next to come. Dr. Stokes made sure that i understood the why’s and how’s and was very nice and did not rush through my exam. He took his time with me and listened to where i wanted my smile to be and came up with a game plan to fit my wants and needs. When i went to check out she made sure i had everything i needed and made sure i was happy. Over all BEST experience. 10/10 recommend!!
