Dr. Sheikh is always great and thorough in his exams. I’ve trusted him with all of my dental work for the past 3 years and have always had the best experience, won’t go anywhere else!

The only reason this review isn’t a 1-star is because of the incredible clinical staff. Dr. Sheikh is amazing, Caprice is a gem, the ortho department is fantastic, and the hygienist was incredibly kind and thorough. They deserve every bit of praise. Now… the front desk manager? Completely different story. She speaks to patients in a tone that’s patronizing at best and flat-out rude at worst like she’s doing you a favor just for answering a question. The energy is very “let me explain this to you slowly since you clearly don’t get it,” which is wild considering I was just asking for clarification on pricing and treatment. Instead of making patients feel informed and cared for, she gives off the vibe that your wallet is her top concern. It honestly feels like her main job is pushing financing and credit cards rather than supporting patient care. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s incentivized for every person she signs up. I’ve been coming to this location since I was 11 years old, and in my 17 years as a patient, this is by far the worst front staff I’ve ever encountered. It’s a shame, really. The people actually providing care are incredible, but the gatekeeper at the front is so off-putting, it makes you think twice about coming back. Corporate dental offices already have a reputation, and this one lives up to it, for all the wrong reasons.

Had a wonderful experience at Gentle Dental today! Dr. Sheikh was absolutely amazing. He was kind, caring and really wanted me to have the best possible smile! I felt like I was apart of the family from the moment I walked through the doors. Would recommend him to all my friends that live in Las Vegas!
