I have had a lot of work done in this office over the past year and I am happy to say that the fear of going to the dentist is long gone. My dentist Shannon Lee and her assistant have the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Shannon makes the entire experience fun and enjoyable. Thank you to Shannon Lee.

OMGoodness....I must say that in the 40+ years of my life, this has been THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE of my life. The customer service was very professional. But let me tell you about DR. LEE and her assistants!!!!! DR. LEE is kind and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my back bridge. I explained the situation and she listened compassionately. Dr. Lee explained the process to fix the problem. Now, when Dr. Lee started to work on my bridge, she calmed my anxiety and helped me breath through the process. Heck, Dr. Lee even started breathing and counting with me. It truly helped me relax while she worked in my mouth. She was very gentle with her movements and explained every single step as she conducted it. Dr. Lee even inquired if I was cold or not after the AC had came on and brought me a blanket so I would not be uncomfortable. I promise you with no exaggeration that DR. LEE is THE BEST DENTIST IN LAS VEGAS!!!!

I am so happy and grateful to have chosen this practice for my dental care. I came to the Las Vegas area from out of state in late 2022 with inadequate habits for home-care of my oral health. Dr. Lee and my Dental Hygienist , Tanaye, have expertly treated me since then and provided clear explanations combined with compassion and respect for their patient. I was referred for successful periodontal treatment that likely has saved some of my teeth and improved my health. They have all the most modern equipment and methods. This practice is a gem!

It had been a WHILE since my last cleaning, so I was due for a deep clean and unfortunately found out I had cavities. However, the staff here has been so kind, patient, and helpful in easing my anxiety. Front desk folks? Kind, and straight to the point. They got me checked in and out in no time and even helped me split up an appointment that would have costed way more had I done everything in one go. Dr. Bui? SO helpful in making sure I fully understand what procedure is being done on me and why. He was also super chill, but insanely focused on his work. It’s hard not to feel like you’re in safe hands. Vannessa? Super funny and just as informational as the rest of the staff. Told me exactly what she was going to do next on my teeth and why, and even helped me get my appointments set up before heading back up to the front desk at the end of my appointment. It also helps that this office supports online check-ins, so I feel prepared before every appointment. All in all, I’m definitely making sure I don’t go so long without a cleaning ever again--especially with such a kind office to look forward to seeing.

Dr Bui and the rest of the office are very nice and attentive. They always take the time to explain the procedures, and that greatly helped set my expectations. They take the time to make sure I feel comfortable throughout the visit and always give me tips on how to better take care of my dental health. I feel that I’m getting well taken care of.
