You have to nag them to communicate with your pharmacy, what is the point of seeing a doctor if they won’t respond for over 2 weeks to the point that you run out of your medication. My pharmacy has sent them 7 fax messages and my pharmacy and I have called and left multiple messages, emails, and app messages with no response. I am now on day 3 without my medication because they won’t do their job properly.

They get 3 stars because I really like the doctor. Janice Owens. She listens without judgement, very gentle soul yet strong and stable. The office however is impossible to get ahold of, I have been dealing with the office for almost 4 years and the phone system is either jacked up, answering machine is full or I just dont get a call back. I literally had to walk in to make the appointment.

The office on Owens is the one I go to and I have only good things to say about it. But in order to see my doctor as soon as possible I visited the office on 4th Street. On Saturday when she prescribed antibiotics.I told the assistant Not to send it to the Specialty pharmacy and she sent it exactly to that one. I called my regular pharmacy and the hadn’t received it this morning.Today it’s Monday and I had to come back to the office just to find out the they need to send the prescription to the the other office and they’ll do it during the day. I told them I would drive and do it myself. By the way, I was told that there is nothing they can do about not answering the phones because it’s another company.

Had 6 years of good service/ communication. 3 months ago, they changed my doctor, and he refilled my current Rx. Fast forward to now, and I realize I don’t have any refills remaining. The closest appointment was 3 weeks out, meaning I will run out of medication before my appointment. I let the staff know that and have not gotten a response other than we need to see you in person. Have not heard from my actual doctor, only one time out of five times calling has the reception actually answered and all they could tell me was no I cannot get an extension until my appointment and that I will run out of medication. They are making no effort to help me, and I have not heard from my actual doctor for 3 months, despite leaving several voicemails.

The worst possible service anyone can have. They asked my wife to come in for a follow up and didn’t even have the results for the biopsy. The Dr apologized and asked her to come back when they receive the results. He clearly mentioned that there wouldn’t be any additional charge. Took them 1 month to get the results then asked my wife to pay again. So they wanted to charge us twice for the same service. When my wife refused, the cancelled her appointment and have been given the run around ever since. I have submitted an official complaint to the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners. I cant believe they continue to rob sick people like this and are allowed to run. Shame on you !
