Holy cow , do NOT go here! They do not say goodbye they just hang up. They do not know any information you have to give them the information even though it’s in their system. They misspelled my first and last name after I spelled it out to them. Read all the other reviews that are one star and those are the believable ones. I have never been here and will never come here. I called them yesterday to cancel my appointment and they did not answer or call me back or cancel my appointment after I left a message. 0/5

Such an unfortunate experience. I came here looking to get a tooth pulled that has an exposed nerve. Throbbing constant pain that I still have now. Spent half an hour doing X-rays, and spent another half an hour waiting for them to tell me how badly my teeth need work. $20k for everything. I asked them if they can just pull the problem tooth. Apparently they can’t do simple extractions unless I agree to get bone grafts which would cost me upwards of $1k. I write this now sitting in my car with a major headache from this problem tooth that I still have, and since they couldn’t make any money off of me, they declined to help me.

I want to start with my appreciation getting dental work done isn’t easy! TRUSTING a staff & doctor is hard for me I’ve had experiences in the past. I was greeted coming through the door (Cameron & Amber ) checking in was simple x-rays where quick. My treatment was explained to me In a way I can understand and I felt & still feel comfortable paying for my treatment. I am finally getting to my goal with my smile it means the world to me my confidence is boosted Once again, thank you, Cameron, Amber, & Dr.Luu! They are awesome!!

How this place has a good rating I’ll never know. Very unorganized. Waited 45 minutes with not a single person in the waiting room and still hadn’t processed my paperwork. Phone calls being answered by someone who couldn’t even answer simple questions. Constantly being “under new management” is a huge red flag. Running a dental office is pretty simple but they value profit over patient care

Expect the staff and the doctor to go above and beyond. They are simply amazing, especially Cameron, one of the front desk staff and Dr. Luu! They will definitly go an extra mile. I cannot thank you guys enough for all the help and the amazing service you’ve given me. Great job!😍
