Don’t trust this company with your money. They are irresponsible, and totally disrespectful. If they owe you money theyll try to give you the run around until you give up. Its downright criminal. Do not do business with these people

I've had an especially terrible experience working with this practice. My dad had full mouth reconstruction here and paid $50,000. He overpaid by $5,000 and asked to apply that credit to my account since I was saving to have mine done. A year later when I came back, they claimed to have no record of that $5,000 credit in their system. My dad passed away so I wasn't able to find his paperwork. Anyways, I still came in for a consult and actually made annual payments directly to this practice to go towards my dental work. For 3 years I made payments. A medical emergency came up though so I requested a refund and told them I'll be pushing the procedure back. The board approved of my refund and sent the approval to the accounting firm which is a separate entity. For months, I've been trying to call in and no one answers. Whenever I have gotten a hold of a manager, they've taken notes and promised to get back to me. No call back. At this point, I'm shocked it has taken months to resolve this. My family has given this practice a lot of business and I would really appreciate the respect of someone getting back to me so this can be settled.
