Cleaning 2The absolute worst dental experience I have ever had. They rescheduled me 3x for a cap and when I got there for my 3rd rescheduled appointment they act like they never seen me before. My appointment was at 10 and I didn’t get seen until 12:43.

Don’t bother making an appointment - you’ll end up waiting to be seen anyways. I’ve never been to a clinic like this - dental chairs are placed in close proximity with zero privacy. Roughest cleaning of my life. Staff are kind, though.

They haven’t been returning calls, they don’t address the issues and they put bandaids on serious problems. Lost 2 teeth based off me losing the crown off one tooth. Complain about other teeth and they only address the ones they want and now I have a hole the size of a pea in one of the teeth and the filling came out of another I complained about. They don’t return phone calls and then want to tell me I didn’t come in or I don’t take care of my teeth. I brush 3x a day, floss and rinse and I told them " if y’all answer a phone call I can schedule my appointment" I y’all answer a phone call I wouldn’t be having these problems and if y’all addressed the issues I wouldn’t be having these problems. I gave them the one star because they aren’t rude to me but they don’t really care much for people who have Caresource insurance. I’m in pain now and no one has returned my 5 phone calls. I purchased some dental insurance and I am going to get the proper dental care I need from somewhere else. I know it might be costly but I’m tired of being in pain and I have to put my trust in someone else. SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Has a “no frills” ambience that the staff seem to mimic. The equipment is old and worn, there’s just one room with 3 chairs, and the staff is very direct and unpolished. I can appreciate directness, but a class in customer service might be beneficial, especially since the patient can hear everything that is being said. Also, the greeting and farewell was essentially non-existent. Overall, it was a good experience. I needed a cleaning and some cavities filled and the dentist (not sure who, but not Dr. Bowen), was efficient and guided me through each process by telling me what he was about to do and then demonstrated what I would feel. That alleviated much of my anxiety. I’m on the fence about returning, but if you’re looking for a quick “in and out,” experience, this is a good spot.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. This dentist is not compassionate at all he had the nerve to tell me that I wasn’t feeling any pain because he numbed me up pretty well and I was only feeling pressure!!! He told me to put my hand down because I was making him nervous on top of that the staff talks about the patients on the floor where other patients can hear! This office is very unprofessional I will never go there again and I will be reporting this office.
