Had a horrible experience with the receptionist before my appointment last year. I was a regular patient at the Cleveland location and only came here because that office was closed. I never even got my appointment completed as the front desk woman gave me incorrect information which led me to miss my appointment. She doesn’t have people skills whatsoever.. I miss the Cleveland office!

Great experience, friendly staff. The wait wasn't the best but not that long. Professional, thorough, and comfortable.

Has a “no frills” ambience that the staff seem to mimic. The equipment is old and worn, there’s just one room with 3 chairs, and the staff is very direct and unpolished. I can appreciate directness, but a class in customer service might be beneficial, especially since the patient can hear everything that is being said. Also, the greeting and farewell was essentially non-existent. Overall, it was a good experience. I needed a cleaning and some cavities filled and the dentist (not sure who, but not Dr. Bowen), was efficient and guided me through each process by telling me what he was about to do and then demonstrated what I would feel. That alleviated much of my anxiety. I’m on the fence about returning, but if you’re looking for a quick “in and out,” experience, this is a good spot.

After several calls to schedule my sons appointment they finally answer, make it to the appointment and the receptionist lacks customer service says she can’t find my son in the system but then proceeds to say he was there in 2017 contradicting herself. Takes his temp due to COVID regulations and says he has a fever at 99.4 and states anything over 99.2 they reject. Now my employer the CDC and most places who require a COVID questionnaire and temperature including the VA and courthouse where we had just came from state anything over 100.4 is considered a fever, ok rules are rules I can respect that. I pull out my thermometer which I carry on me so that I can check my temp daily for work and it shows my sons temp at 97.4 normal temp. She states well you have to reschedule. No thank you your thermometer will still be off the next appointment. Unfortunately I took a day off work to sit in their hallway of heat no not a lobby because they have no lobby to be turned away for in inaccurate thermometer reading. Found a dentist closer to home in Groveport who will get us in by end of week and will accept temperatures up to yes the recommended temp by the CDC of 100.4.
