Terrible! A complete waste of time!!! She was referred to Dr. Kim here for braces by Dr. Subermainion (spelling unknown) at Children's. They didn't want her to wait for braces on their waiting list any longer. They wanted them on her asap. After 2 years of wasting our time and ruining my daughters treatment plan, I'm all done. I walked her out of her last appointment there. Now her treatment options are so limited with a double/triple gemination front tooth! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. My daughter is only growing up once, thanks to this place, her 1 option left is implants! Implants at 12 years old. Praying for smarted dentist back at Children's. Biggest mistake ever was trusting such a delicate situation to uneducated doctor.

They cracked a tooth while trying to remove another one. They refused to give me anything for pain after literally breaking the teeth in my mouth. They have people practicing on you so they haven’t graduated so they aren’t completely done with school. For days I’ve been in pain and after driving across town I had to literally beg for a prescription of ibuprofen 800. I will not return to this place and I recommend that no one else should go there.

So I needed to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed and since I waited so long to do so they became impacted causing me severe pain. Going in I was so scared and nervous but seth and james were AMAZING walked me through everything and I felt nothing. I am beyond grateful for these two and so glad I will no longer suffer from discomfort from my wisdom teeth.

Took my boyfriend to his post op appointment at 9am this morning. We are at Oral and maxillofacial surgery at the Wexner center. It’s 11am now and still haven’t been seen. Have been called up to the front desk to be told for the third time that they’re paging someone. No apologies have been given and receptionist is reacting rudely towards our frustration. I’m a very understanding person but no explanation has been given and I feel as though we are being disrespected. Also, the unprofessional actions of this office have caused my boyfriend to feel much more uncomfortable and nervous about his appointment. Would highly advise you go somewhere that values you and your time more than this place. Update: It’s 11:20am now. The receptionist has called a 4th time and has at least given us an apology. Will provide one more update after his appointment is over.

An absolute mess! Dirty, and nobody knows what’s going on. I don’t understand how this is an educational experience for anyone or safe for patients
