Terrible experience. Spent $117 to see a dental student, which is unusually high for a dental school. I sat in a chair for 3.5 hours, and I was supposed to leave with a "comprehensive treatment plan". I got my X-Rays taken, and then I gave my medical history. I was told "we will call you within 2 weeks to give you your treatment plans and options". Never received a call. I basically just donated $117 to the OSU dental school. Nothing was done.

I had to give a star to leave a review. First off it’s a pain to even get to the location. Once we did find it we were sent to the oral surgery part. Well that’s when we met a very rude women who was working at check in. I watched her treat some people fine others like trash. Her approach to people shows she should never be around people. Small white lady with short grey hair has reassured that my family or anyone I know will NEVER step foot in that door again. Sad part is the staff in the back that worked with my daughter was amazing. Sucks your frontline has such terrible people skills.

I cancelled a appointment same day and they took me in next day. Reschedule that fast. Good front desk . A cleaning and a surprise filling that fast. Many of my dental experiences are bad. OSU DENTAL care just gave me faith in dental professionals.

Right now with covid, it's tough to find a dental place that will get you in and yank out teeth. This place costs like $231 without insurance. I waited for about 3 hours but, since the actual dental students are on break they had the ACTUAL graduate dentists doing the extraction. My dentist was great! Had me numb in 2 minutes. Had my tooth out in less than 5. Bedside manner was fantastic. All the staff were wonderful.
