This place was kind of tricky at first but I keep pushing because my mom is worth it. I’m giving them 5 ⭐️ Because Hailey was so caring, Monica is a caring case manager and the psychiatrist Nicole was outstanding. I’m happy to have them as my moms team and looking forward to her getting all the help she needs. Mental Health help is Chaotic in 2021, But you can find help out here if you DONT give up!!

This entity has yet to refill the script the pharmacy has requested time and time again. There is breakdown in care and this place is the epitome of low quality. The resident caring for my son left and stated an appt would be scheduled but no one called as usual. I had to call and despite telephone and video appointments being offered and advertised was told my son had to do a face to face appointment but he has no transportation or money for a bus or taxi. The case manager is on vacation until Lord knows when according to his voicemail (he did not state a return date or alternate contact in his absence). Several requests for vouchers and bus passes have been requested as well as alternate resource referral to address unmet social determinants. Wonder how many other patients are not receiving quality care, yet insurers are covering costs for services that are clearly not being provided and grant funders are sowing into this place? Unbelievable! Let me know when my son’s prescription is refilled and a case manager is available to link him with resources to address his many unmet social determinants.

Southeast Vocational took over and destroyed once extraordinary services at 3770 N High St - RIP Center of Vocational Alternatives.

Why has there been no answer at the receptionist desk for past couple days and the voicemail is full? These businesses and their poor practices is annoying. The case manager Joyce has yet to contact my son post hospitalization and/or inform him of any therapeutic interventions or link him with community resources. These places just make up what they believe funding sources want to hear to get the money and actually careLESS about your loved one. I tell you the front desk has the rudest little girl greeting this vulnerable population and she keeps an attitude (been there twice with my son and not impressed). The psychiatrist is a resident and I do like him thus far but for the nurses, case managers and alternate staff there is dire need for training and/or termination.

I was given a peer support person called Kelli Shoupe in “My Recovery Works.” That person called only once and never called back again, even though my counselor spoke with her as to why she didn’t call (she said she did, but never left a message or tried again, and I suspect she never called at all). She told my counselor she’d try calling again on a certain day. I watched the phone all day, and nothing, and nothing since. Then I tried calling and there are several associated groups and programs that don’t know much about the other, and no one knows who anyone is or who to transfer you to or even if the recovery works program is still going on. I think they get government assistance to help people, which gives them a job for sure whether they are doing their job or not, so they have no motivation to do a good job. Typical government run waste of money probably. If I’m wrong, I’ll never know, because no one can be reached.
