The reception desk when let after he light metal detection and bag search are horribly rude and quick to talk to patients withrespect, they are beyond inappropriately disrespectful. My psych doc nicole Schmidt is awesome. The front desk is unbelievably rude and nasty. They sit there and take several minutes before they call someone in line to them. I don’t recommend this place. Almost every aspect of this place is disorganized and they come up with new rules which you find out whenever they see you do something wrong. This place is worse than a sweaty armpit and smells worse. Ntm the front desk workers are blatant reverse racists, after ten years of going here I made this sentence based on what I have observed and been subjected to. I am not racist at all butt a lot of people agree with this observed horrible behavior.

I don’t recommend this place. They never answer your calls and even when you leave countless voicemails they don’t even return your call. I tried for weeks to get ahold of someone. It’s always loud and ratchet in the lobby. I’ve never been to a Doc office with so much security and police 🥴 Also never been to a doc office that smells like cigarettes and fried food! 🤢 I will say Dr Hom seemed like a decent doctor. I enjoyed my acupuncture with her. But it’s not worth the hassle !!!

Well I’ll tell you other than a good primary doctor this building is the worst place I ever been in my life it takes forever to get in there. However, after one year of wasting my life with Sarah, and then Timothy, I have finally been given a dynamite, thorough, compassionate, case manager,Finally! So southeast has unfortunately wasted a year of my life, before Finally giving me someone that doesn’t dodge my calls and make constant excuses as Sarah and Timothy did on a regular basis. So thanks Southeast for wasting a year of my life but I’ll never get back. However, I must mention Dr. Home who is awesome for acupuncture and nerve pain, but it takes two months to get they need more like her.

I am writing this review with the understanding of some of the frustration the other reviewers have mentioned. I had a referral to get a mental health evaluation (simply because I stood up for my disabled son because he was threatened with bodily harm by some psycho that later got picked up by Franklin County), so I was the one deemed the bad guy in the entire situation. I had heard a lot of horror stories about Southeast over the years. However, I must have come in on a different boat or something, as everyone treated my son and I politely. The security guards might have the combined IQ of a football, but other than that, everyone I’ve spoken to or that have reached out to me have been polite. Obviously, dealing with Southeast can be annoying process at time, but I have no real complaints with my experience with them in person.

Southeast dental is located at 16 W Long Street. You check-in with the front desk. You may have to sit in the lobby to wait or escorted to the elevator by the security guard. It is on the 5th floor and you will exit to the right. You will either check in with front desk person or the hygienist who cleans your teeth. She ( the hygienist) is very friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienist will clean your teeth thoroughly and answer any questions you might have. The entire visit will take about 1 hr ( if your teeth are in need of a basic checkup and cleaning). I only gave the place 4 stars because you rarely get a reminder about your appointment and you can never reach anyone when transferred to the department. If you are a new patient, you might have to have xrays and other things done on one day and reschedule for another day to get your cleaning done. They offer a payment plan based on what you can pay, but will still render services if you cannot pay. It is not a bad place to go.
