This is not Smile 4 Life Dental office in Ohio if that is what you are looking for. The address and phone number are for Columbus, but the website is for a pediatric dentist in Reno, NV. The reviews belong to the Reno office as well. Dr. Joan and Dr. Shadonna do not strap children to a board - ever.

Sadly couldn't give -5 stars but I guess 1 star will do. So according to them using the improper dose of anesthesia then putting a 10 yr old in what was pretty much a straight jacket because they were screaming and writhing in pain is the proper way to do things instead of giving the child the proper amout of anesthesia. Can't wear anything too tight anymore without having a panic attack, so thanks. So in other words DO NOT go here unless you want yourself or your kids to be harmed because of how unprofessional they are.

My son has been terrified of going to the dentist for years but today at Small Smiles I was amazed! The staff was awesome with him and he had no fear! Will definitely recommend everyone I know to bring their children to Small Smiles!

I think this place is good. Everytime I have ever been there, they were really sweet to my kids. They do always have a long wait though.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Very disorganized group of people. I can never get a hold of them over the phone and they are very rude for a slow group of individuals!!!
