I am very happy with my new dentures and impressed with the attention to detail to make a great fitting, realistic set. It may not be immediate, same day dentures but I’d rather the company take it’s time crafting a quality product. All the staff are professional and pleasant.

The receptionist was extremely nice but that was the only pleasant thing about my experience at this location. I was a first time patient at this location and filled out all the required paperwork prior to my arrival. I arrived at 1:50 for a 2:00 appointment. After I checked in three additional patients arrived AFTER me. One of these patients stated they had a 3:00 appointment. Each patient was called to the back for service before me. After waiting about 40 mins and still no service, I approached the front desk to cancel the appointment because I was over it at that point. I was then greeted by a man who appeared to be a dentist who had been sitting in the back in my line of sight the entire time. I informed him I was no longer comfortable getting serviced by this location. I then told the receptionist to cancel the appointment and left without being serviced. I completely wasted about an hour of my day at this location. I have never been to a DentalWorks location and probably will never return. I am a professional that had to take off work to attend this appointment and it all was a waste of time. My time was not valued and I can’t imagine getting serviced at this location if I was facing a dental emergency.

They required two visits as a new patient, which never happened with other clinics and required an extra trip. Cleaning was okay. Strangely, they first polished my teeth and then cleaned it which doesn’t make much sense, but no big deal. What is big deal is they messed up setting up my account then never fixed it after multiple calls and finally send it to debt collectors!! What a joke of a clinic. I would never recommend Dentalworks and would never go there in my lifetime.

My mom was quite happy with her new partials.They fit nice & comfy. Told us to come back if they start to feel out of place. This is a pretty nice dentel office. My mom has dementia. This office takes special care when needed. I’m truly grateful.

I will never go back to this dentist. One broke hippa laws talking about other patients needing to pay their bills. No thank you. Made me sit in the lobby for almost 2 hrs after my appointment. Talked down to me and spoke to my husband. I would not recommend this place for anyone to go to. The ladies were nothing but kind to me but the dentist was horrible. I have a new amazing dentist who she takes amazing care of me and takes the time to explain what’s she is doing. I will NOT take this review down. Live with this and DO BETTER. FYI I’m not coming back and neither is my husband. Loser our numbers. We are done.
