Had an apico operation here 4 months ago, everything went great. Staff working with me were great. I was instructed to come in for a follow up after a few months by the doctor himself. Well I have some discomfort and discoloration so I went to make my appointment only to be greeted by a female staff member acting extremely put out by my request to be seen while maintaining a sweet as pie tone yet very condescending. You know when you can tell someone thinks you’re stupid? But their delivery sounds kind but the way things are worded like “Mmkay so if doesn’t hurt and you don’t have any issues?” Or “ you didn’t try your regular dental office first?” “ welllll it’s gonnna be several weeks before we can look at you let me see what we can do” placed on hold… like I spent a lot of money after insurance for this procedure and just wanna make sure my red scarred up gums are okay because I don’t know what it’s supposed to look and feel like, and was instructed to return to where I got the operation for a follow up, don’t talk to me like I’m stupid or ask me who else I have seen, I was sent to this office as a recommendation from my dental office because they don’t do apicoectomys.

The entire staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Ryan Pasiewicz listened as I explained my situation and “fear of the dentist chair”. He took the time to thoroughly examine my tooth and develop a plan that worked for me. I highly recommend the team at COE!

The long and short is that Dr. Menke and the assistant he had whose name I regretfully do not recall are wonderful. I could not have asked for more and you will not regret going with this practice! The long of it is that I am an extremely anxious dental patient. I needed potentially 2 root canals and was referred to Dr. Menke by my dentist to take a look and do whatever work needed to be done. From the receptionist to the endodontist himself, everyone at the office was EXTREMELY kind, patient, and understanding with me and my over-the-top nervousness. That alone helps so much when you have severe dental anxiety. The assistant was such a gem. She was so sweet, talked me through everything, reassured me, kept checking in with me, and looked after me after I minorly freaked out during the root canal. Dr. Menke was so nice, explained everything to me, answered all of my questions, and even ended up advising that the second questionable tooth could likely just have a filling instead of a root canal. So no fears here about extraneous work being done when it’s not necessary! Dr. Menke was very gentle and reassuring, and after everything was done and made sure I felt fully prepared for what to expect after the appointment and next steps. After my procedure, Dr. Menke himself called me to check on me the next day, which I thought was extremely thoughtful. Long story long, if you have dental anxiety, you could truly not ask for a better experience than what I received at Central Ohio Endodontics with Dr. Menke. I wish I could give more stars!

Dr. Eric Menke and team are absolutely amazing! Was not looking forward to a root canal and he made it seem like nothing! Also was recommended because there was another tooth the dentist thought couldn’t be saved and Eric did! Can’t say enough kind words about him and the team. Thanks for all you do!

“Root canal” and “good experience” are rarely used in the same sentence, but I had an exceptionally good experience with Dr. Smith and his team who gave me my first-ever root canal. On time, painless and a good outcome. Dr. Smith was fast but didn’t move so quickly that he didn’t have time to explain what was coming or to answer questions. While the procedure went well, I’m hoping not to repeat it. But if I ever need another root canal, I will seek out Dr. Smith again. In my view, he’s a top-flight practitioner!
