Dr. Inessa Bertman-Zats, DDS

I've been a patient of Dr. Zats for many years and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and also very kind. Always professional and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Grandview Elite Dental to anyone!

I had an emergency Orthodontic repair to a permanent retainer done by her when no one else i was calling would see me for a few days. She saw me immediately, was extremely helpful, gentle and probably the best dentist experience I've ever had. She even squeezed me in for an immediate cleaning since i had gone over my 6 months from my previous visit since i recently moved to the area. VERY good dentist who really cares.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Bertman-Zats for a few years now and I have to say, she is incredible! Not only is she superb as a dentist, she is also extremely personable and friendly. She always has helpful tips and suggestions (soft-bristled brushes come to mind) , and truly desires that you have the best possible oral health. She is acutely concerned with preventative care. She often suggests preventative seals, regular fluoride treatments, etc. that may cost a little extra in the short term, but have a long term benefit. That being said, she is also very reasonable (not pushy) when it comes to denying 'extra' treatment. She does use a 'water pick' when doing cleanings, which on your first go might be a little uncomfortable or painful depending on how much you floss. However, I don't know that my teeth and gums have ever felt cleaner after an appointment than they do after seeing Dr. Bertman-Zats. Overall I have to rate her 5-stars for her quality of treatment, obvious expertise, and interpersonal skills. Also, sorry for being late so often!

It was amazing experience to clean and treat my teath by the most patient doctor Innessa Bergman-Zats. No pain only smile and patience from the Dr. And I can again smile and eat without doubt. Big thanks to the doctor and her staff

I first started going to Grandview Elite Dental when I moved to Columbus back in 2012. It's safe to say I will be sticking with Dr. Zats for years to come. Very professional, always personable! For those of you who hate the dentist, give her a try and I think you will be glad you did. She has a smaller practice and does the cleanings herself. She always does a great job and even has weekend hours!! Very flexible if you need to reschedule as well. I honestly have nothing but positive comments for her. Overall, an excellent experience every time I go. Make an appointment, you will be glad you did!
