Dr. Bertman-Zats has been extremely helpful to me. She explains all information and options in detail and allows me to ask as many questions as I have about what’s going on. She takes her time and I never feel rushed in her office. She takes great care in her work and makes sure it’s done to the highest standard. It is clear that she cares so much about patients’ health and well-being. I would recommend her to everyone who wants a fantastic dentist!

Dr. Zats is the best!! Offers very comprehensive, personalized services. She conducts full exam, cleaning, etc herself. She explains everything in depth so I have a good understanding of why certain tests/procedures would be recommended. Grandview Elite Dental also offers evening and Sunday hours which I’ve never seen at another dental office. I have recommended multiple friends to Dr. Zats who have been very satisfied as well.

Dr. Bertman-Zats is the best dentist I’ve ever had! She’s the first dentist that has actually taken the time to inform me of what’s happening with my teeth and how to properly take care of them. Thankful for her (& Susie)!

Dr Zats is kind, thorough and gives you the recommendations for your treatment. She will guide you on your dental decisions based on both best approach and the cost. Ultimately she lets the patient understand the options/costs instead of just saying "we will do this" without talking about how this could affect your benefits, out of pocket cost, risk, need. We moved to Columbus 4 years ago and found her on our network. She turned out to be so much better than we could have expected that we now drive from Delaware to see her still. Her compassion and knowledge (along with Susie!) make her the best choice for us! Thanks Dr. Zats!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Zats for many years and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and also very kind. Always professional and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Grandview Elite Dental to anyone!
