I really recommend you change the person who answers the phone. Called to book an appointment for my daughter and the representative told me my insurance isn’t included and hanged up the phone. I didn’t finish my question as I wanted to ask more on out of pocket options and that was rude and disrespectful!

We absolutely love the staff and dentists here. My sons dental journey started out rough with another place and he was very fearful of the dentist after that. Everyone here has worked so well with him, never pushing him past his limits and always explaining what they’re doing. He went from refusing to open his mouth for them to now being able to sit through cleanings and procedures. He is excited to go to the dentist and is always asking to go back. I’ve never had any issues with scheduling and recently called due to him having an issue and was seen the next day. I recommend them to everyone especially if your kid has fears of the dentist because you’ll watch them melt away.

My son is autistic and non-verbal. This was recommended to us and I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Kevin handles him. They keep him going to the same room with the same routine. I have anxiety every time and it just dissipates when we get there. They have 3 gaming systems set up in the waiting room as well as a toy room with a pac-man arcade cabinet. It just makes every visit so easy. I cannot be more thankful. My neuro-typical younger son has more problematic teeth and they are just as amazing with him. If you live on the west side you NEED to try them out.

A phenomenal experience. Dr. Emmy is truly a gifted pediatric dentist, who is quick and efficient; extremely kind and amazing with children. The atmosphere created is calm and soothing which helps with any anxiety. We had three visits that required fillings and drilling, but my child thought she was "painting" her teeth. Highly recommend this office and doctor.
