The good reviews you see below have been paid for. If you want to speak to the most ill-mannered and pitchy woman you’ve yet to come across, call in and ask for Lisa. It’s like her only tone is a shrill scream. She loves to interrupt and has minimal listening skills. I believe her permanent disposition has been set to snarky teenager - yet she’s pushing 50. Office is hardly “managed” by a poor tall fellow who has probably been emotionally abused by every woman he’s ever been with. His lack of confidence radiates in the scattered way this branch operates. Once you get past the anomaly that is the front office staff, the aides and doctors are just fine.

Everyone was great and efficient. Made financing easy as well. I was worried about being in pain on my first visit but everything has been great since. They are a busy office but handle the flow with ease. I appreciate them taking care of me so fast.

Stopped back in for my yearly follow up. It was great to see the same front office staff from my previous visit, needed to get a crown on a tooth that has been bothering me. Chris helped me get set up on a financial plan so that I could break up the payments. Thankful I was able to get in quickly and set up a plan!

Great dental office! Wonderful staff and includes some of the best dentists in central Ohio! They explained everything that needed to be done and gave a step by step of process of my procedure. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Wait time to be seen was approximately 10 minutes. Clean, efficient and well organized office! Highly recommend Aspen for all your dental work, ex rays, cleanings and care!
