Don’t go here if military. I was a regular patient here and went in for a cleaning one day. Turns out they dropped out of the Tricare network program without notifying me and proceeded to do the cleaning anyway. They then threatened to send my info to a collections agency since the bill wasn’t paid. This business has a poor patient communication policy and essentially forces patients to pay for the mistakes of their staff.

They a large staff of racist people, so if you’re a racist this is the place for you. They was made I am rich and brown skin like I can’t work hard very horrible staff, very dirty staff they don’t wash their hands, dudes breath stinks very bad, there was over 6 things outside their racism that made me never want to return. And to pay cash you should be treated a certain way especially when you pay for there most expensive plan horrible

My kids and I had appointments with this office. I suffer from MS, and had seizures the night before our appointments. I called and gave 4 hours notice the next morning that we couldn’t make it. I even explained that it wasn’t safe for me to drive. They didn’t care, AND charged me $75 for each of us for the cancellation, which they eventually reported to the credit bureau. Not sure who wants to be a part of a group that has zero compassion for their patients.

Just found this wonderful Dental office this past fall, and I can already say it’s the best! Dr Dixon is super nice and his staff are delightful and friendly, helpful! I had an emergency and they took me same day!!!❤ highly recommend
